Bonnel Carcasses are the most common spring type used in the production of beds, sofas and seating groups worldwide. 85 mm - 180 mm height range, bonnel carcasses are subjected to heat treatment during the production phase and made durable for long-term use. It can be produced in wire thicknesses from 1.90 mm to 2.50 mm and the number of spring spins can be adjusted according to the heights as 4-5-6. It is the classic and best known bow system. It is comfortable, robust and economical. It can be manufactured in different wire and spring diameters. It provides the advantage of long-term use and comfort as it goes through spring fatigue and annealing process during production.
